Q. How long does it take to process an order?
A. Once we receive your order, each order usually ships within 2-3 business days. Candles and favors ship within 5 business days. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Q. Do we ship outside the US?
A. We are sorry at this time LBB does not ship outside of the USA. We only ship to 48 USA states. HI and AK are not included
Q. Can I return a personalized T-shirt?
A. All personalized gifts are final. To be on the safe side, always remember that most t-shirts tend to run on the smaller side. Therefore, we recommend that you order one size larger than your typical size.
LBB prides itself on excellent customer service and product quality. Each item is hand inspected for quality prior to being shipped to you.
For the FASTEST processing time and most ACCURACY, place orders on-line at your LBB websites.
LBB does not require a minimum order, unless you order any of our favors. Favors are ordered in quantities of 12+ We are sorry NO exception to the rule.

Q. How are the Personalized Gift Items Shipped?
A. LBB uses UPS Standard Ground or 3 day air or 2 day air or Overnight. Customers will be able to choose their shipping method in the shopping cart The shipping rates will be calculated by the weight of each item added to the cart.
What is La Bella Baskets return policy?
We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.
