All consultants must have an "active" membership to receive commission.
You will be paid as an independent contractor. Payment is made by direct deposit.
* Your commission from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 1st of the following month.
* Your commission from the 16th - 31th will be paid on the 15th of the following month.
Beginning in January 2014, all accrued commission must be equal to or greater than $15.00 for a commission check (or direct deposit) to be generated. If for any given pay period your commission is below the $15.00 threshold those commission will roll forward to the following pay period until a minimum of $15.00 is accrued.

You will also receive a 1099 at the end of the year by LaBella Baskets. You must be an active member of LaBella Baskets at time of commission’s payout. LaBella Baskets will pay all commissions on the 15th and the first day of each month.
If you are not an active member at the time of commissions payout we will hold your check until you become active.
You will forfeit commissions if you become inactive and if your account stays inactive for 30 days or more.

Upon the death or incapacitation of a Consultant, his or her business may be passed to his or her heirs. Appropriate legal documentation must be submitted to the Company to ensure the transfer is proper. Accordingly, a Consultant should consult an attorney to assist him or her in the preparation of a will or other testamentary instrument. Whenever a La Bella Baskets business is transferred by a will or other testamentary process, the beneficiary acquires the right to collect all bonuses and commissions of the deceased Consultant’s marketing organization provided the following qualifications are met. The successor(s) must:
· Execute a Consultant Agreement;
· Comply with terms and provisions of the Agreement;
· Meet all of the qualifications for the deceased Consultant’s status;
· The devise must provide La Bella Baskets with an “address of record” to which all bonus and commission checks will be sent;
· If the business is bequeathed to joint devises, they must form a business entity and acquire a Federal Taxpayer Identification Number. La Bella Baskets will issue all bonus and commission checks and one 1099 to the business entity.
Transfer Upon Death of a Consultant
To effect a testamentary transfer of a La Bella Baskets business, the executor of the estate must provide the following to La Bella Baskets: (1) an original death certificate; (2) certified letters testamentary or a letter of administration appointing an executor; and (3) written instructions from the authorized executor to La Bella Baskets specifying to whom the business and income should be transferred.
Transfer Upon Incapacitation of a Consultant
To effectuate a transfer of a La Bella Baskets business because of incapacity, the successor must provide the following to La Bella Baskets: (1) a notarized copy of an appointment as trustee; (2) a notarized copy of the trust document or other documentation establishing the trustee’s right to administer the La Bella Baskets business; and (3) a completed Consultant Agreement executed by the trustee.
